Agenda: Request and Need for Quality assurance processes digitisation and ECTS System Adoption for Quality Assurance and Policy Reform. The meeting was called to discuss the digitalisation of Quality assurance processes and the request and need for the adoption of the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) in Libyan higher education institutions. The NEO provided an overview of the ECTS system, including its benefits for student mobility, recognition of prior learning, and quality assurance. The meeting was concluded with the attendees agreeing that the digitlisation of quality assurance processes and the adoption of the ECTS system in Libyan higher education institutions is an important step towards the reform of the higher education system and the improvement of quality assurance and accreditation practices.
