NEO Libya provide incredible experience of conducting a training and workshop for the National Council for Youth in Libya. It was truly an enriching journey that emphasized the importance of youth empowerment and innovation in our evolving digital landscape.
The Focus: The training activities concentrated on nurturing the Erasmus+ framwork for youth’s skills in two key areas:
1️⃣ Erasmus+ Proposal Development: Empowering our young talents to craft effective proposals is a vital step towards gaining opportunities for Erasmus+ opportunities, international collaboration and growth. It’s inspiring to see them embrace this skill!
2️⃣ Digital Technology Tools for Supporting Youth Skills: as Erasmus+ priority digitlisation in today’s world, digital tools are our best friends. These attendees are now equipped with the knowledge to leverage technology for personal and professional development.
📝 The Progress: The outcomes of this training session reports that the attendees have already begun preparing their concept notes. It’s expected that by the end of 2023, we will witness the creation of 10 concept notes – 10 brilliant ideas that could shape the future!
📅 Future-Ready: In addition to proposal development and digital skills, the participants have also learned how to develop action plans for their work in 2024. This is a testament to their commitment to making a lasting impact in their communities and beyond.
As we wrap up this workshop, the NEO team are genuinely impressed by the enthusiasm and potential of these young minds. They’re not just the future; they are the present, and I have no doubt that they will lead Libya to a brighter, more innovative tomorrow.
